Talk by Kevin Connolly, photographer of The Rolling Exhibition (Discovery Theater, Smithsonian)

Discovery Theater - S. Dillon Ripley Center

VSA arts will present, in partnership with the Smithsonian Institution, a talk by photographer Kevin Connolly in the Discovery Theater of the S. Dillon Ripley Center. Connolly, who was born without legs, has documented aboard a skateboard more than 32,000 photos of the stares he attracts. He will review the contrast between his personal experience and the perspectives that are driven by the need to interpret who he is, and why.
